We Provide Several Services That Will Help You
Real Estate
E c h e l o n c o n d u c t s Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Audits to identify obvious or likely signs of contamination on, or in close proximity to, the subject property for determination of recognized environmental conditions (RECs). The Phase I and Phase II ESA and Audits aid in accurately defining the true value of real property, and serves as an essential element of real estate transactions.
Storm Water
As experienced Storm Water Management Consultants, Echelon can perform on-site monitoring and/or management services for both small and large scale developments. We ensure our client’s storm water protocols are adhered to and surrounding areas are not adversely impacted.
Mold
Echelon performs investigations for residential, commercial & industrial clients. These services range from physical sampling of the mold to complete indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments. Common sources of mold growth result from flooding, improperly ventilated spaces, backed- up sewers, leaky roofs, damp basements or crawl spaces and plumbing leaks. Echelon can also coordinate mold mitigation through our network of mold remediation contractors.
USTs
Echelon can provide complete Underground Storage Tank (UST) investigation and closure services ranging from basic soil sampling support during removal to complete project closure management services.

Lead
Echelon personnel provides all aspects of lead- based paint services to include comprehensive testing for the presence in drinking water, soil and air. Additionally, our personnel are US EPA Lead Renovation, Repair & Painting Certified. Additionally, Echelon meets State of Georgia Certification as a Lead-Based Paint Firm.
Indoor Air Quality
Echelon performs Indoor Air Quality evaluations in residential, commercial and industrial facilities for the presence of various chemical, biological and organic airborne constituents that could create adverse human physiological issues.
Radon
Radon can be found all over the U.S. Any type of structure can be affected - homes, offices, and schools - and result in a high indoor radon level. Nearly 1 out of every 15 homes in the U.S. is estimated to have elevated radon levels. Echelon’s technicians can perform both short and long-term radon testing for real estate transactions, informational purposes or where an entity believes a problem may exist, and assist in mitigation activities where applicable.
